Secretary / Administrative Assistant (Kew Garden Hills)

Duties include scheduling and tracking appointments for children's evaluations; billing; and interfacing with parents, professionals, various agencies and the Department of Education.

Skills required include: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel and Access; attention to detail; strong phone and interpersonal skills; good work ethic, high motivation, being proactive, self starter, taking initiative, excellent follow-up skills, ability to take a task from beginning to completion, being team player, and ability to work independently.
