ESSENTIAL DUTIES
? Install and configure software application on the Citrix based revisions
? Test, install and configure new software product in a Citrix environment
? Create custom code/applications integrating data from various systems
? Administer the firm's SQL clusters and SharePoint environment
? Work with vendors to troubleshoot problems with software implementation
? Take 2nd level helpdesk calls and resolve escalation tickets
RELATED DUTIES
? Maintain and update system documentation for all Application systems
? Interact with end users to install and tweak software as needed
? Provide back up support to the Sr. Application analyst where possible
? Interact with software vendors to troubleshoot installation and implementation issues
? Interact with other IT groups to code/implement software as needed
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Required Training and Experience
? Minimum 3 years of experience with implementation software in a law firm
? Experience with major implementation and upgrades of software
Knowledge, Abilities and Skill
? Strong communication, organization, and writing skills.
? Strong knowledge of Citrix XenApp, SharePoint and Microsoft SQL based systems
? Working knowledge of programming languages like .NET, VB, VB.NET, C#
? Expert in troubleshooting Application programs and extreme familiarity with AD, GPO, Windows Registry and basic scripting
? Familiarity with DMS, CRM and other Legal applications a plus
Salary based on experience up to 70K
