We are looking to assemble a competent highly skilled team of agents who are capable of handling a variety of leasing and sales projects.

The ideal candidate must have a valid New York State Real Estate Brokers or Salesperson License. If you are not licensed and feel this opportunity is for you, we can assist you with obtaining your license. You must be people friendly, patient, and have an uncanny ability and burning passion to close deals. You must be inquisitively comfortable with technology and its ability to make our lives easier and more organized. Although experience is preferred it is not required. You will be trained.

You must be a goal setting, goal reaching task master capable of prioritizing and managing workloads with multiple deadlines. Your written and verbal communication skills must be excellent. If early mornings and/or late nights will be a problem this might not be the right fit for you.

We can guarantee you will learn a great deal, make lots of money and have plenty of memorable moments from this experience.

There are no desk fees, no monthly fees, and plenty of hands on training will always be provided. Our commission splits are more than fair, and you will have the ability to earn commissions quickly. We are only getting started so there's also plenty of opportunity for growth.
