We are currently seeking an intern to help us run our customer outreach program. You will create email campaigns using Mailchimp, analyze stats, respond with customized emails and phone calls. The main goal is to convert existing trial customers into paying customers.
We offer full training in our technology and tools. And you love using emails and being in contact with customers.
KEY DUTIES
- Send daily emails to lists of customers in trial using MailChimp?
- Follow up with any responses received by phone or email within one business day
- Learn how to make mobile websites with our online tools
- Learn and share best practices for mobile web site design with our customers?
- Take a solutions oriented approach to customer service
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Basic Excel skills
- General knowledge of the mobile industry
- Experience with CRM systems (especially Salesforce) a plus, but not necessary
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS a plus, but not necessary
- Previous sales experience is a plus
- Experience with email marketing is a plus
You will be reporting to the CMO and will learn a lot about online marketing within the mobile web industry.
We appreciate prior sales and email campaign knowledge, but most important is an eagerness to learn and a hard working attitude.
Internship is in our offices in Manhatten and you can also partly work from home. We are open to both part time and full time position.
