Two Openings - Cafe Supervisor & Catering Phone/Expeditor (Midtown West)

We have two positions available for our fast casual cafe,
1. Experienced Opening and Closing Supervisor:
Must be able to work either opening shift and or closing shift. This is a 40 hour per week position.
This supervisor position includes opening or closing the cafe.
Experience with standard paperwork, POS system and executing closing duties.
Energetic and above average customer service skills, organizational skills is a must.
Friendly attitude toward customers and co-workers.

2. Experienced Catering Phone Person:
Must have excellent customer service skills and organizational skills. This position includes taking phone orders, expediting orders for catering and delivery, creating invoices using Excel or MS Word, and strong follow up skills.
Experience with invoices, sending email, using MS Word & Excel, POS system experience and executing closing duties.
Energetic and above average customer service and organizational skills is a must.
Friendly attitude toward customers and co-workers.
