Seeking a Strong People Manager to Guide Internal Clients Toward Goals

TNTP seeks a full-time Partner to lead and manage the human capital agenda as business partner to a revenue-generating internal client. The position reports to the Vice President -- Human Capital. The location of this role is flexible and may be based in the central TNTP office in Brooklyn, New York or from a home office anywhere in the United States. The Partner position requires occasional travel throughout the year. This position is available immediately.

TNTP's Human Capital Department is responsible for developing and executing the human capital strategy for our growing organization of approximately 320 full-time and regular part-time employees working in almost 30 states across the country. Within the Human Capital Department there are several Partners who report to a Vice President. Together, the Partners make up a Management Team that is responsible for setting the direction of the Department and ensuring the successful implementation of business-driven priorities.

As the relationship manager, the Partner leads strategic human capital programs and initiatives, acting as an internal consultant with responsibility for goals delivery. In addition, the Partner will interface with internal project teams driving key HC deliverables (i.e., leadership development, performance management, total rewards), providing thought leadership and having a strong voice in program design. The Partner is a member of the management team within Human Capital and is an integrated member of the internal client's team, with direct access to its senior leadership.

This Partner role is a unique opportunity to manage the strategy of several key human capital priorities for an organization that is innovating on human capital issues in the field of educational reform. The successful candidate will be a strong critical and creative thinker with a record of having successfully led human capital initiatives to achieve ambitious results. This Partner is responsible for results across several key areas.

Qualifications
We are seeking strong managers who believe deeply in our mission and have a record of high achievement. We seek candidates who are independent and focused self-starters. The successful candidate will have broad and deep prior experience with end-to-end human capital management (i.e., talent planning and acquisition to retention). Successful candidates will also demonstrate:

Compensation

The annual salary for this position is $100,000 or commensurate with experience in a similar position, with the potential for an annual performance-based bonus.
