Description: Installation and Service on Life Saving Equipment for Home Bound Older Adults.

EXTREMELY REWARDING JOB! A GREAT WAY TO MAKE EXTRA MONEY!
* Very basic technical and mechanical experience needed
* Must be able to store a small inventory of product
* Must have RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION / auto insurance
* Typical Install takes about 35-45 minutes
* This is a subcontractor 1099 position
* Equipment is provided to you.
* We do not ask you to sell the products
* Background and drug screening required

Fuel rates are calculated on the first of every month by state, using gasbuddy.com as a point of reference to determine gas prices which in turn determines installation price.

Fuel rate up to $4.25 per gallon: Installs $25-$40, Service $25, and Pickups $20
Fuel rate $4.26 and over per gallon: Installs $30-$45, Service $30, and Pickups $25

CST uses GasBuddy.com as the fuel gauge report at http://www.gasbuddy.com/GB_Price_List.aspx to determine the state average price for retail gasoline. This state average determines the install rates on the chart above using the 'USA State Averages' report and will be calculated by state. The rate will be set on the 1st of each month.

This is an ad for a 1099, independent subcontractor, on an as needed basis. This work should be considered supplemental as this is a medically based service and no guarantee of consistent work orders can be made. Applicants should not expect large quantities of assignments on a daily or weekly basis.

Responsibilities would consist of the following: contacting client, setting up a time to perform install/service, plug in base unit, and assist client with filling out the documents. Original signed documents must be submitted and received in MI office in order to consider work order complete for payment.
