Position summary:
We are looking for a sharp, motivated associate to join the Special Projects team in our Manhattan, headquarters. The successful candidate will be a hungry, success driven individual with an interest in executive level recruitment on an international level. The Global Recruiter will have a direct line of communication into the CEO as well as the entire senior management team. He/she will be responsible for challenging, out of the box initiatives designed to accelerate TransPerfect to new heights.

Growth path:
This position can lead to many other opportunities working directly for the CEO, including international business development, project management and business analysis.

Position responsibilities:
? Network and connect with senior level talent in key industries through cold calling and proactive outreach. Examples include Legal Services, Life Sciences, Information Technology and Localization/Globalization industries.
? Plan and cultivate strong relationships with top talent through a combination of phone and in person meetings
? Strategize with senior management on identifying key areas with potential growth opportunity
? Work closely with the HR and legal team on contract drafting for international hires
? Craft unique, creative compensation structures to motivate new talent and provide stable platforms for successful careers
? Devise sourcing strategies to locate specific, hard to find talent
? Complete the life cycle recruitment process with candidates, including full background and reference checks
? Liaise with universities and colleges
? Attend career fairs and trade shows to continuously develop active networks with top talent
? Events planning for the senior management team
? Work with the CEO directly on projects related to the identification of stress points throughout the company's structure and the creation of relevant solutions
? Other key projects as assigned by the CEO and senior management team

Essential skills and experience required:
? Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent
? Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
? Excellent problem solving, analytical and organizational skills
? Strong ability to develop lasting relationships on a professional level

Desired skills and experience:
? 2-3 years experience in recruitment or sales preferred but not a requirement
? Experience working with a CRM or talent management system a plus
