Carol's Cafe in Dongan Hills is seeking an Experienced Sous Chef for our Fine Dining Restaurant (Minimum 5 years experience). Approximately 45 hours per week.

You must have strong cooking skills, and be able to work side by side on the Line with the Executive Chef, in a High Pressure environment. You must be able to cook on demand to customer requests.

You must be hard working, with good communication skills.

Strong Managerial skills are also a major requirement - You must be able to Supervise Kitchen Staff for Daily Prep, Cooking, and Sanitation.

Must be experienced in Placing Orders, and Maintaining an Inventory Sheet.

Minimum 5 years experience.

NYC D.O.H. Food Handlers Certificate Required
