A multi-office Intellectual Property law firm seeks a full-time Receptionist for our Corporate Center. Position includes but is not limited to answering all incoming telephone calls, greeting clients/visitors and Administrative Assistant duties as needed. Qualified applicants will possess excellent communication and computer skills and have the ability to multi-task. Must be pleasant and enthusiastic.

REAL ESTATE LOAN CLOSING SUPERVISOR

Job Summary:
The RE Loan Closing Supervisor is responsible for supervising the operation of a Residential Loan Processing, Closing and Funding Production Office and the non-exempt staff responsible for the timely and accurate processing, closing and funding of residential loans. Ensure accuracy of legal documents, disbursement of funds, and compliance with applicable bank policies, investor requirements, and Federal and State regulations.

Major Responsibilities:
50% Supervise and oversee the day-to-day operations of a Residential Loan Processing, Closing, and Funding Production Office ensuring that work is evenly distributed among staff and progresses in an expeditious manner throughout the entire loan process.
Create an effective team environment that achieves high performance, dedication and above average quality from each personal and department.
Manage, train and cross-train staff in their specific job duties and other office functions to ensure consistency in providing efficient customer service.
Maintain previously determined cycle times.
Perform the traditional supervisory function of performance appraisal, training, counseling, salary and promotion recommendation, hiring and firing.

20% Ensure satisfactory audit and funding of retail and wholesale loans; disburse funds by wire.
Review and audit signed loan documents, includes pre-funding reconciliation of estimated HUD-1 to ensure regulatory compliance. Ensure data integrity. Ensure all Bank and Federal compliance issues are consistently satisfied.
Ensure that all Underwriting and closing conditions have been satisfied and meet applicable guidelines.
Approve conditions according to authority.

10% Effectively forecast monthly funding volume through pipeline management.

10% Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners. Provide professional customer service to borrowers, branch personnel and other industry related persons.

5% Monitor procedures and make changes when necessary to improve efficiency and meet funding goals. Maintain current desktop procedures to ensure consistency.

5% Assist and perform all job duties related to loan processing and closing during staff shortages and heavy volume periods.

Qualifications

Ability to supervise a staff of Residential Loan Processors, Closers, and Funders who must be able to close/fund loans within a high volume, fast-paced environment.
Requires thorough understanding of Residential Loan Processing and Closing. This knowledge is typically gained through 5 - 7 years of progressively more complex responsibilities in the Residential Loan Processing field or comparable experience.
