We are a leading sightseeing operator seeking Field Supervisors who are self-motivated, highly energetic, organized & assertive.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
? Oversee, manage & control outside sales agents.
? Maintain agent work schedules and conducting unscheduled on-site visits to ensure agents' proper performance.
? Manage ticket agent contact information
? Review and enforce company policies with outside ticket agents.
? Will apply day to day experiences to assist in the development of marketing plans and sales strategies to increase sales
Prior experience preferable in related field with proven track record of performance and accomplishments is a plus.
