Provide administrative support for Executive Office including:
? Handle incoming/outgoing telephone calls and track messages
? Coordinate and schedule meetings
? Manage calendar
? Coordinate travel arrangements; manage travel points and miles
? Assist in planning speaking engagements
? Draft / transcribe and send correspondence
? Maintain accurate information in data base
? Coordinate arrival of visitors and packages to high security office
? Process incoming mail, faxes
? Coordinate guests' appearances on weekly radio show
? Maintain organizational and personal files
? Work with confidential information
? Other administrative support as assigned
Qualifications:
? BA degree plus minimum 3 years office experience
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
? High motivation, flexibility, discretion, ability to work in dynamic setting
? Ability to manage multiple priorities under time constraints
? Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
? Ability to learn quickly and become proficient with customized database software (knowledge of eTapestry preferred, although employer will train)
? Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other staff members
? Familiarity with Jewish community and Israel-related issues preferred
