The duties associated with this position include:
- Greeting students, families and visitors
- Answering phones and giving messages to program staff
- Actively working to enroll students for the school programs
- Taking check and credit card payments
- Maintaining the professional appearance of the Welcome Center
- Making copies and performing administrative tasks
- Coordinating with a team to ensure all incoming inquiries are responded to in a professional and friendly manner
- Special projects may be assigned as needed
Our ideal candidate will be an outgoing, cheerful person who enjoys working with children and can be flexible in responding to the needs of families and co-workers. The successful candidate for this position will also have some college education and at least one prior experience in customer service or sales. We are looking for candidates who are fluent in a second language, preferably Spanish, Hindi, Mandarin, Bengali or Nepali.
