Duties

* Regular observation of driver's performance while operating his/her vehicle in passenger service
* Recruitment, Selection, Training and on-going certification/qualification of drivers and other credentialed employees for company;
* Auditing of 19A records;
* Investigate complaints and tracking accidents;
* Certifies driver attainment of training benchmarks;
* Reviews DMV records and ensures that all drivers meet federal, state, and local regulations and requirements;
* Updates and maintains the DMV Pull Notice Program according to State reporting requirements
* Administer biennial driver's tests
* Assist Safety managers with accident ratings
* Accident investigations
* Post accident driver reviews

Requirements

* Must currently be Article 19-A certified
* Valid NYS Commercial Class A or B License with Passenger, Air Brakes, and School Bus endorsements
