Our Life Magazine offers the latest in luxury living from beautiful homes, to exotic vacations and peek into the lives of some of the most successful African Americans. In each issue of Our Life Magazine find articles on fashion, entertainment, travel, profile of some of the most successful African Americans very few people know about.
As our sales and marketing intern you will be assisting both our Publisher and Marketing Manager. ( Hours 9am to 5pm)
Duties will include:
+ Telephone and Internet researching of potential advertising leads.
+ Coordinating with clients to insure timely delivery of both advertising materials and items for sponsored events.
+ Scheduling shipments to sponsored events.
+ Copywriting of some Promotional and Public Relations materials.
+ General Office assistance (answering phones, running errands).
+ Representing Our Life magazine at public events with other staff
members.
Job Skills:
+ Proficiency with all aspects of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc.).
+ Excellent spelling and grammar.
+ Excellent phone manner.
+ Extremely well organized and a self-starter.
