Work with managers to understand hiring needs. Identify candidates through established and newly identified channels (i.e. job boards, referrals, database mining, etc.). Market the company to candidates; developing a sense for what sells in this market and how to present our positions and opportunities. Work closely with candidates throughout the process; assume responsibility for their progression and transition through the recruiting process, gauge interest and identify any possible concerns. Deliver excellent customer service and responsive communication with internal business groups and hiring managers. Prepare weekly pipeline reports
