We are located on Rt22 at 777 White Plains Road, North of Lord & Taylor, across from Mrs. Greens.
There will be a lot of training and opportunities for advancement. We are a mature massage clinic with amazing staff and large client base so you will not be bored. Our Sales Associates promote and sell Massage Envy Wellness Program, develop and maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service. Some administrative dues are also assigned.
Sales:
? Presents Wellness Program to all prospects: conducts pre-chat, communicates with therapists, conducts wellness presentation customized to client's needs
? Closes at least 25% in membership sales, at 30% is available for sales bonus
? Understands and applies the sales process
? Understands and applies strategic sales offerings (dues/cash, auto renewable, etc.) and product offerings (massage modalities, facials, retail products)

Customer Service:
? Greets guests and members as they enter the clinic
? Efficiently and effectively checks members in and out for appointments
? Promptly and professional answers the phone
? Effectively and efficiently books appointments
? Understands, believes in and upholds Massage Envy's Service Essentials

Administrative:
? Assists in maintaining cleanliness of the facility
? Maintains client files
