Leading company seeks experienced Call Center Supervisor for midtown Manhattan office. We are seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join the call center team. Customer service, call monitoring, dispatch, and troubleshooting are just some of the responsibilities. We are a 24-hour call center with over 30 agents. Applicants must have previous customer service experience, excellent communication skills. Candidate must have good working knowledge of Manhattan including landmarks and surrounding areas.
Call Center Supervisor Qualifications:
?3-5 years or more supervisory experience in a call center environment.
?Working knowledge of various basic computer applications, operations, and ability to type
?Comfortable quickly navigating between computer applications
?Ability to Multi Task
?Ability to work a flexible schedule within the 24 hour call center (evenings,weekends, holidays, training periods, overnights).
?HS Diploma or equivalent
?MUST have an updated resume
?Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
?Positive "customer first" attitude and a desire to succeed/advance are required.
?Second language is a plus.
