Our Sales Associates are the very face of Best Buy, and their performance has a huge impact on company performance and customer perceptions. That's why Sales Associates must possess an eagerness to solve the customer's needs while at the same time develop trusting relationships with our customers.
Responsibilities:
?Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
? Must provide excellent customer service to provide a pleasant shopping experience for all customers.
Requirements/Qualifications:
? 6 months to 1 year previous retail experience.
? High School Diploma or GED.
? Bilingual Spanish
? Knowledge of tablets, computers and electronics in general.
? Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends is a must; should be available and willing to work any needed shift.
? Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
