Responsibilities:
? Answer calls and welcome visitors
? Coordinate calendars and conference room scheduling
? Set-up FTP Sites
? Order food for meetings
? Make Bill Payments
? Handle Shipping and Courier Services
? Organize Vendor Relations
? Back-up for Contract and Marketing Departments
Qualifications:
? 2-3 years of administrative support experience
? Punctual
? Self-motivated team player
? Ability to multi-task and dexterity to change gears quickly and follow through
? Resourceful with the aptitude to plan ahead
? Capacity to work under pressure to meet deadlines and work overtime
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Discretion and diplomacy when it comes to confidential information
? Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Basic Adobe CS5 Skills
