You may currently go by Product Designer, Interaction designer, Visual designer, UI/UX, or just Design Ninja. Whatever your title, if you are highly motivated, uber creative, and super passionate, we want you.
You're able to design quickly and love to iteratively improve your designs - you're never satisfied. You will fight for your opinion but are also responsive to user feedback. You stay up at night thinking about how to design the best solution to solve the user's problem.
Mandatory:
- Portfolio of well-designed web projects - bonus points for mobile projects.
- Able to translate high-level concepts into elegant user experience design
- Able to prototype user work flows, interaction models, and screen designs - you're comfortable with a white board
- Love creating infographics - we have a lot of data at MeetMoi and are always looking at ways of displaying it elegantly
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills and an expert in visual design (knowledge of typography, color, use of color)
- UI/UX knowledge
- Ability to prototype HTML, CSS and have an understanding of AJAX, jQuery
- Able to clearly communicate your design rationale
You will have a leadership position in the company and will play a key role in the look and interaction of all MeetMoi products (apps, mobile, web). You will participate heavily in the design experience and help shape its direction.
