Responsibilities include:
ADP Payroll System
Work with HR Manager in setting up Employee Evaluations and Training Programs
Recruiting, interviewing and screening candidates
Employee Relations
Maintain employee records
Onboarding New Hires, Create Job Descriptions and Offer Letters
Handle Employee writeups and recommend disciplinary action as needed
Track FMLA, Employee Sick leave, vacation and floating holiday schedules
Worker's Compensation, Disability, and Unemployment
OSHA- Logs, Training Schedules, and Emergency Plans
Business Integrity Commission notifications and maintenance
Strong Computer Skills: Excel, Word, and Power point
Knowledge in ADP HRIS a plus
