We are a popular neighborhood bar/lounge in the LES/ Little Italy hiring for the following positions:

Head Bartender

The right candidate will posses a strong work ethic, have attention to detail but most importantly will be hospitality driven and customer focused. As head bartender you will be expected to help developed cocktail menu, train staff, create drink specials and count a small amount of inventory. In turn you will work three to four shifts two of them will be Friday and Saturday night.

The Requirements:
Minimum of three years as a Bartender or Bar Manager
Ability to multitask in a high volume environment while always maintaining your sense of humor and appearing calm.
Proven ability to lead others and positively influence employee behavior.
Professional, polished appearance with the ability to interact with all types of team members.
Must have excellent verbal communication skills and have the ability to work a flexible schedule.
Must have strong experience in systems of operations and high volume rings .
Knowledge of sports is a plus+

Barback/Busser

Applicants must have experience high volume bar, and a steady work history along with the following:

Must have superb communication skills
Must have at least 1 year of experience in a NYC establishment
Must have strong work ethic
Must have sense of urgency
Must have desire to be hospitable
Must be organized and can multi-task
Must be able to walk and stand for a long period of time

Cocktail Waitress

Seeking a cocktail waitress for 2 to 3 shifts per week. Hours of operation are 9pm to 4am. Restaurant/bar experience preferred. We are a mid to high volume lounge serving a diverse clientele. Must be able to sell drinks, play host, and provide bottle service. Shift pay plus tips. If interested please send current resume, recent photo.
