Your job is to bring your clients or build a business within our firm, and pitch the existing larger firm clients, demonstrating that you can handle the scope of work, including Condo Conversions, Large financing transactions Acquisition, Offering doc, Air Rights, and REITs commercial leases and simple closings. The firm is looking for an attorney with 10+ years of experience representing high end real estate financing, high-end commercial leasing condo conversions etc...

First $100K generated and serviced by you is yours, the % split is very high and participation cost very reasonable.
Such partner may be eligible for an equity position in the firm, and shall benefit from the entire firm support staff and associates, and offices and all necessary equipment and technology in prime location Midtown Manhattan.
Our firm doesn't pay salaries to partners, only to associate.
