More infoDue to an increase in demand of our success, an exciting opportunity exists with mBill, for a Customer Support person in our New York office, where you will be joining a growing team and be recognized for your hard work. With over 10 years' experience, mBill has been providing innovative and comprehensive mobile billing and marketing solutions globally.

To help support these solutions, we are seeking a motivated and energetic support person with prior administration and or customer service experience preferred. Reporting to the Managing Director, your role will include various customer support, administration and data entry duties.

You will also have the opportunity to learn about the wireless carrier billing industry by working with members of the mbill team on specific projects, accounts and mobile billing campaigns.

To be considered for this role the successful candidate will have the following criteria:

REQUIRED SKILLES AND QUALIFICATIONS
? Must have an interest in mobile applications / online marketing / advertising / social media
? Helpful to be current college student or have college degree
? Highly organized, Detail oriented, self-starter and mindful of deadlines
? Ability to organize and prioritize workloads
? Excellent communication skills with a track record of quality customer service and telephone etiquette
? Experience with and understanding of various social media sites and services (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, RSS Feeds, Blogs, etc.)
? Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word)
? Write and research slides for new business presentations, etc.
? Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
