Join a team of friendly and well-informed Contact Center Agents, and be the first point of contact for people who are seeking healthcare services at Planned Parenthood clinics around the country. SEIU-CC, LLC's Virtual Contact Center is hiring agents who will handle incoming phone calls and online chats, on behalf of our client, the Planned Parenthood Federation of America.
This is a part-time position, with shifts available Monday through Saturday from 8am until 6pm. You can expect flexible scheduling, extensive paid training, on-going evaluation and coaching, easy-to-use software, a supportive team environment, and opportunities for advancement. Most agents work between 25 and 35 hours a week. Training will occur for a set 2 week period in March (dates TBA) from 9am to 5pm and to be considered for this job, you must be available during that time. Qualifications: Some college experienceExcellent English reading and speaking skillsAbility to type 50 words per minute and well-skilled in a Windows computing environmentSome customer service experience requiredCustomer service experience on the phone or using online chat is desiredExperience in health care customer service desiredActive interest in healthcare issues affecting women and familiesFluency in Spanish a plusSelected applicants will start work in March. The rate of pay is $11.00 per hour, following completion of a paid training.
