Premier Physical Therapy is seeking a full- or part-time physical therapist or occupational therapist, preferably with CHT certification but will consider a PT or OT with solid hand, wrist, forearm, elbow and shoulder experience that is planning to sit for the boards in the future. Applicant will be expected to work independently, but has the advantage of working closely with another CHT therapist and Physical Therapists in a sports medicine and orthopedic setting.

A minimum of 2 years experience in the fabrication and application of custom splinting/orthotics preferred. Our candidate will have strong skills in upper extremity care, including post-operative, tendon and nerve injuries, fractures, arthritis, and wound care. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy or occupational therapy and eligible for or already have a license in the state of New York.
