We are a Full Service Staffing Agency and have been in business for over 30 years. We are seeking a full cycle recruiter within our Allied Health division with 2+ year's related experience.
Responsibilities include:
? Effectively managing high volume of recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions
? Sourcing and qualifying applicants using internet, ad, direct and indirect recruitment, referrals, data base, social media, etc
? Scheduling and Interviewing candidates
? Credentializing, background and educational verifications and maintaining files
? Negotiating salary offers
? Responsible for building and maintaining both client and applicant relationships

Must be extremely organized and have the ability to multi-task in a high pressured extremely busy environment. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Experience in the Allied Health Industry would be preferred
