Large full service healthcare staffing agency is seeking to hire an experienced coordinaor/recruiter to staff and schedule LPN's & CNA's for our contracted nursing facilities
This person must be able to thrive in a fast paced and continuously evolving atmosphere.
We are looking for someone who is familiar and knows the nursing home scheduling and staffing systems
.The ideal candidate will:

Have excellent research skills
Be a people person & have great communication skills
Be able to effectively communicate with Director of nursing, Staffing coordinators & Staffing schedulers
Have superb organizational skills
Have strong computer skills(including .word, excel etc.)
Have the ability to work independently
Have leadership qualities
Have the ability to work well and maintain composure under pressure
Be able to manage multiple projects
