Part-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant in a Nursery School with a Catholic mission
* Answer calls, take accurate messages and communicate them clearly
* Establish a positive and congenial professional rapport
* Assist with student enrollment, admissions' tours
* Assist Principal with office work, time sheets, ordering supplies, medicals and health/safety checks
* Assist actively with the care of 3 to 5 years old children

Requirements: B.A. degree
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Computer skills- Microsoft word, Excel and Internet on Apple computer
*Superior organizational skills, flexibility and dedication;
* Takes initiative and accepts direction
*Ability to multitask (greet customers, answer phone, respond to requests from parents, staff, others)
*Personable, positive attitude, calm, discreet, patient and not loud
