Receptionist Wanted (Franklin Square,N.Y.)

"American Top Team and Crossfit" in Franklin Square, N.Y. is looking for the ideal candidate who is highly organized and detail oriented, has great interpersonal and computer skills, and has the ability to multi-task. This is a great opportunity for a front desk professional.

Responsibilities include:
Greeting Clients
Answering telephones and setting up appointments
Maintaining the reception area keeping it neat and organized
Filing and maintaining service files
General administrative tasks

Requirements:
You must be punctual and responsible
You should be outgoing and personable
You must have excellent communication skills
Must be detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage priorities
Must be able to take initiative and demonstrate flexibility when priorities shift
Must be computer literate
Must have a prior receptionist background.
Should have some experience in Sales

Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 12:00 to 8:00
Friday: 11:00 to 3:00
Saturday: 10:00 to 3:00
