The International Business Exchange (IBX) Operations team seeks a highly motivated individual, with strong attention to detail, who will perform a wide variety of responsible, complex and confidential administrative and financial duties. These duties require considerable confidentiality, initiative, tact, maturity and independent judgment. The person must possess strong interpersonal and organization skills.

Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing tracking and reporting on operating budgets.
- Maintain operations expense and capital budgeting analysis.
- Assist and support annual budgeting and monthly/quarterly reforecasting process.
- Prepare and validate accuracy of purchase requisitions, and track expenditures and funding status of resulting purchase orders.
- Provide budget/forecast vs. actual flux analysis for sites.
- Assist site management with review of weekly/monthly reporting packages.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive project files.
- Compose, edit and distribute correspondence.
- Interface on a routine basis with a variety of project personnel providing support/responding to project management questions and requests.
- Initiate reporting/process changes to improve business visibility/efficiency.
- Coordinate and manage visits for site vendors.
- Coordinate audit and incident reports.
- Arrange, coordinate and attend staff and other meetings while maintaining notes, minutes and follow up.
- Make travel arrangements as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by regional and site management and/or as requested by other team members.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field and background in technology sector a plus
- 2 years of Finance experience, preferably in Accounting / FP&A / Corporate Finance
- Significant knowledge of accounting and finance required
- Proficiency in Excel required, familiarity with Hyperion and Oracle preferred
- Strong analytical, quantitative, written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver well prepared, accurate, work product on time consistently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 2-3 years administrative experience
- Highly organized individual that is a self-starter with problem solving skills
- Individual must be focused on customer service and team-oriented

Responsibilities
- Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends as required. Preferred candidate will have strong electrical skills.
- This is a "hands-on" position encompassing.
- Oversee electrical and mechanical contractor work and operations.
- Perform power distribution, mechanical, electrical, and start up operations.
- Assist with start up tests.
- Establish and employ Power plant and Mechanical plant Rounds, Readings, and Log Functions.
- Document and report all problems.

Qualifications & Experience
- Candidates must have experience with the following: Static Switch Gear Operation / High voltage transfer / Russell Electric equipment / UPS Systems / AC and DC Power distribution / Pre-action Fire systems / Building Control Systems (BMS).
- Working knowledge of Windows 98 / Outlook / Word / Excel and a BMS system such as Automated Logic Controls or Siemens Apogee.
- Ability to read and analyze Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing blue print.
- Ability to perform all of the standard high-rise building / data center engineering tasks.
- Working knowledge of computer controlled HVAC & Power systems - Automated Logic Controls.
- All around mechanic and a heavy Electrical and Mechanical background.
- Experience w/ Data Center operations working with generators, UPS systems, PDUs, chillers, air handlers, and fire alarm systems is a plus.
- Must have excellent customer service skills, and be willing to have a flexible schedule.
- Must be able to successfully complete company background check as well as U.S. Government and/or other specific background screenings as required per assignment.
- New York or New Jersey State Journeyman Card or C-10.
