Assistant Director - US Public Policy
$90K + Bonus

Billion dollar financial service conglomerate seeks degreed individual (MBA a +) with 4+ years professional legal/regulatory/legislative experience in financial institutions/financial markets. Must have working knowledge of capital markets and derivative markets. Working under the direction of Senior Director and Head of US Public Policy performing tasks and responsibilities that support global industry trade association members primarily in the US as well as internationally. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment that includes US regulatory agencies, policy makers and derivative industry organizations. Analyze regulatory requirements. Prepare summaries, analysis and explanatory pieces in support of this powerful global trade association of regulatory and public policy objectives. Staff and support member committees, working groups, US public policy ongoing interaction with regulators and interface with industry groups and memberships.
