We are an expanding Real Estate company that listings (apartments rentals, residential properties, and retail/office commercial properties) in the Bronx, Northern Manhattan and Westchester. We have a standard, and gradual scale commission and referal base scale. Below are the following criteria we are accepting.
Have some form of knowledge of Real Estate.
Know points of interest in the Bronx, and Manhattan.
Proffessional, respectfull, and people oriented.
Not a must, but a plus if you have a vechicle.
Must speak fluent english.
Not a must, but an advantage if you speak spanish.
Dedicated, with minumal supervision for lease signing or to close a residential transaction.
Willingness to be your own boss, and work for your self full time.
Attend meetings, and trainings and networking to enhance your real esate proffession.
