Manage candidate inventory and sourcing levels to meet the current anticipated needs of the existing client baseIdentify new and creative means for sourcing temporary workforce within established and proposed skill setsConduct formal interviews with potential candidatesManage the referral processInteract with internal Account Executives and/or clients to fully understand staffing needs and position descriptions/requirementsManage and utilize all resources to identify appropriate candidates for assignmentsCoordinate the lifecycle recruitment process from interview to placement on an assignmentManage ongoing relationships with temporary workforce, including payroll, attendance, benefits and compensation issuesRequired Skills 0-1 years of professional experience; Recent college graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to applyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to think strategically, execute effectively, and deliver high quality work against a tight deadlineStrong motivation for personal successVisit Careers @ Execu|Search for more information!Compensation: CompetitivePrincipals only.
