Qualifications: 6 months to 1 year experience requiredMust have outstanding customer service skillsAbility to stand for the entire shift is necessary
Responsibilities: Build confidence of customers by making the store experience interactive, engaging and reassuringMaximize customer experience by "solving the whole problem" (as opposed to pushing products)Maintain the visual appeal of the storeMake the most effective use of store displays and interactive devices for each customerUse time well, even when not serving customersKeep abreast of rapidly evolving technologyDevelop positive customer relationships
Qualifications: Previous sales experience preferred but not required, as sales training will be providedMust own a car (for sales training and corporate center visits)Bilingual a huge plusMust be enthusiastic and willing to work long hours
Responsibilities: Responsible for all aspects of the selling processWork on the cash register, help customers on the selling floor and stock merchandiseMaintain excellent product knowledge
Qualifications: At least 6 months of retail and cash handling experience requiredMust have excellent customer service, verbal and written skillsA very open schedule is necessary -- late nights (until at least 1:00am) and weekends will be requiredAbility to stand, reach, bend and lift through most of the shift
Responsibilities: Take responsibility for visual displays and customer servicePut together outfits and arrange the store according to company standardsMaintain the organization of the floor and restock items as neededCashier duties may also be needed
Qualifications: At least 6 months retail experience is preferredExcellent customer service skills requiredEffective communication skills and basic math skills neededAbility to stand for the entire shift is a mustMust have a visual fashion sense and be able to adhere to company standards when setting up displaysExtreme flexibility is required, as overnight shifts are most likely
Responsibilities: Enhance the experience of the customer and drive salesProvide courteous and proactive support to customers by accurately and efficiently completing sales and service transactionsAssist in resolving customer issues and take ownership for customer service responsibilitiesUtilize cash register and perform other duties as instructed
Qualifications: 6 months to 1 year experience neededKnowledge of sporting equipment is helpful but not necessaryMust have sales experience, preferably in commission sales, as this is a base plus commission
