We are thrilled to be looking for talented individuals to join our team at our indoor rowing fitness studio in Brooklyn NY.

We are seeking passionate, *ENERGETIC* , service-oriented, positive and hardworking individuals with a LOVE for health, fitness. We are a company looking for efficient, forward-thinking problem solvers with exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

*POSITION: Rowing Fitness Instructor*

Through a positive, motivating and constructive style, instructors will provide the leadership and customer service to ensure that the studio is exceeding our clients's expectations.
They will have a sense of ownership over their studio and will ensure that the brand and culture are always present.

*Responsibilities:*
-Provide high-level customer service and exceptional hospitality to our clients.
-Work closely with the Operations team on the implementation of standard operational policies and procedures designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our organization.
-Train, motivate, direct, coach and evaluate clients, creating and maintaining a team that is highly personable, client-oriented and committed to achieving and exceeding both the studio and
company goals.
-Maintain our company brand, distinct culture, and community

*Requirements:*
- Must be ENERGETIC
- CONFIDENCE
- Experience in hospitality, luxury brand retail or health & fitness preferred (not required)
- Must have superior customer service skills
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented outlook
- Must have the ability to communicate clearly with team members, clients and senior management
- A personal passion and enthusiasm for fitness(mandatory)
- Group fitness experience
