Job Description

We are Seeking Enthusiastic and professional applicants with excellent Communication skills to act as a full-time or part-time Front Desk Security Guard in the lobby of midtown corporate office Building.

The Front Desk Guard Will Create a Positive Experience By Providing Outstanding customer Service To tenants and guest. you will ensure that the lobby, entry ways and front desk are clean and organized at all times: sign for deliveries and packages; and accept service requests from tenants as well as additional Responsibilities.

Candidates should possess the following skills:
Superior Organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to Multi-task and be a team player.
Proactive, Outgoing, Energetic, and Efficient.
Pleasant and professional demeanor.

Compensation: $10.25 - $18.00 per hour depending on work related experience.

At a minimum, all security personnel must meet the following criteria
* No Experience is required (will train qualified candidates)
* Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality

Based on the Post, security officers may also be required to do the following:
* Monitor access control system;
* Observe security camera monitors;
* Follow emergency contact protocol;
* Greet visitors;
* Inform employees of guests and deliveries;
* Escort employees to vehicles, when requested;
* Make regular patrols of the facility;
* Update log books and reports;
* Ensure doors are locked;
* Operate alarm panel, visitor management system, and public address system;

Available Shifts:
8 a.m. -- 4 p.m.
4 p.m. -- 12 midnight
