The Corporate Restaurant Chef will have primary responsibility for all aspects of the food served in the company and the operation of all kitchens. This position will report directly to; and work hand in hand with the Corporate Executive Chef, as an integral member of the company leadership team.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
* Review of recipes and monitoring consistency of food quality, freshness, taste, presentation and portion control in all locations.
* Create and test new menu items for daily specials, holiday specials and catering events.
* Develop purchasing specifications, inventory control procedures, review menu pricing and create budgets
* Assume primary responsibilities for oversight of all back of the house activities brand wide.
Education Culinary/Management degree and 5 years experience including Multi-unit supervision experience OR
Experience -- 10 years of Executive kitchen management with atleast 3 years in multi unit supervision
Other - schedule flexibility, creative, innovative, strong knowledge and experience Mexican and or latin cuisine
