The Enterprise Business Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting all enterprise level applications/systems, research issues and driving the resolution of them in a timely manner, aid in training, investigation and implementation of new features, test patch code and participate in the validation of new software revisions. Ecometry experience is a must have for this position.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Gains solid functional understanding of existing applications
2. Responsible for enterprise applications including testing, user support and training
3. Analyze business problems to be solved with automated solutions
4. Lead the execution of projects based on #3 above
5. Investigate, research and correct system problems
6. Maintain accurate documentation of the enterprise applications
7. Monitor and manage processes and procedures in enterprise network
8. Analyze and document new business requirements
9. Collaborate with users and other members of IT to ensure high quality solution are delivered in a timely manner
Experience Requirements
1. At least 3years' experience working with Ecometry
2. B.S. in computer science and or Ecometry related equivalent work experience
3. Thorough understanding of IT systems including databases, servers, networks, client/server applications and multi-platform environments
4. Strong Problem solving and communication skills
5. Understanding of relational databases
6. Knowledge of SQL and SQL scripting
