We are currently hiring 6 administrative assistants for our headquarters located in Bristol, PA. We are looking for a sharp candidate who is extremely detail oriented, a quick learner and can pick up tasks on their own while keeping the office organized. Must be able to multitask and prioritize, in addition to have experience with excel, word, and a strong customer service skill set.

Responsibilities:
Mail notification letters to obtain invoice
Upload notifications into the EMS application
Create and maintain spreadsheet of HOA properties and billing information
Prepare and maintain a spreadsheet to track responses to notification letters
Place calls to HOA after 15 days to collect information about outstanding balances and obtain invoice
Upload invoice into EMS
Work with research staff to resolve problems
Inbound and outbound phone calls to clients
Tracking/entering information into Excel
Following up on invoices
Research using internet search engines

Qualifications:
Previous mortgage, real estate or banking experience a plus
Recent graduates encouraged!!
Must be accurate and detail-oriented
Excellent communication skills
Working Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Internet searching (i.e. Google)
Able to learn quickly
Demonstrated organizational skills; able to manage a fast-paced daily workload, to meet critical timelines

POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for quickly and accurately receiving and recording incoming repair orders. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment while being detail-oriented to ensure the accurate match up of incoming shipping documents with each watch received. The incumbent will be able to proactively prioritize the daily workflow to complete the processing of all incoming packages.

This position serves as a key component to providing quality customer service for individual customers as well as retailers. The speed and accuracy with which they complete their work contributes to the overall success of After Sales customer service.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS

This position reports to the SAV Operations Manager

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

With a resourceful, "can do" attitude towards their work, this individual will be responsible for executing a variety of activities, including but not limited to:

? Receives all inbound customer repairs (70% from jewelers, 30% from individual customers) via UPS, FedEx and U.S. Mail. Records tracking number from packages in ProConcept. Opens package and confirm contents again enclosed packing slip or letter. Typical volume is 210 packages/day;
? Assists with shipping process on as-needed basis;
? Interacts with SAV Customer Care staff regarding package receipt verification;
? Other department-related projects as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

? A minimum of one year shipping or receiving experience in a fast paced, large volume environment REQUIRED. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MEET THIS REQUIREMENT.
? Demonstrated ability to prioritize and effectively manage a large volume of incoming or outgoing packages;
