? prev ? next ? compensation: thinking $12-15 ish/hour, on the books,Working (in NYC) mom needs child care (in home in Rye) and some help with house during weekdays and Saturday mornings. Must have energy and want to do things with the kids (boy and girl elementary school aged). VERY limited screen time. Lots of activity logistics to keep on schedule. Will need to make dinner, but I will leave prepped. When school starts 9/4 you will have to walk to get them. Some driving, ex: back/forth train, practices, groceries and a few errands. Would be great if you could read music and have interest in education. Must speak, read and write English fluently. May need a little help w/ dad(85) in Bronxville, but not mandatory.

Need fulltime 7:30a-7:30p M-F now through school start (most days).
Beginning first week of Sept., will be approx. 2-7 M-F + 7a-1p-ish Sat.

More description:
Intense supervision of the 2 grade school-aged kids
Some local driving back and forth to kids activities
Organizing activities EX. girl possibly has: ballet, golf, piano ; boy possible has: go-karts, trumpet, football or baseball
Kids clothing mgt. - what stays, what goes, what's needed
Light house cleaning and folding laundry
Uniform management (school and jobs)
Some errands
Grocery shopping Meal mgt. / cooking for kids
Homework mgt.
Motivate/supervise musical instrument daily practice and lessons
Vaca packing and unpacking
Possibly occasional play date mgt.
Clean-up from dinner/prep lunches
Kids' rooms--1/2 getting them to do the small chores and 1/2 organization
Ensure protein, fruits and veggies at every meal for the kids
Kids outside as much as possible . . . all year

Details:
$14-16 per hour, on the books
Availability on day(s) before major holidays is CRITICAL.

Requirements:
âž•Must speak English as a first language and be a US citizen
âž•Must be organized and use time efficiently, planning skills and ability to spot patterns, a major plus! Busy and sometimes stressful environment...you have to be cool and thick-skinned.
âž•Reliable vehicle helpful. Driver's license is mandatory.
âž• Excellent physical health is necessary
âž•Subject to background check/drug testing
âž•Will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure
