Online billing and estimates through QuickBooks
Dispatching work order to field techs
Answering phones
Downloading pictures
Balancing out accounts in QuickBooks
General office duties as assigned

Must have at 1 year of experience working with QuickBooks performing online billing
Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft including Excel, Word, email
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Capacity to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Intellectual curiosity and an aptitude for problem solving
