HR SYSTEMS TECHNICAL ADMINISTRATOR

Assists the Human Resources department in organizing, planning, developing, and directing the implementation and administration of human resources functions and in carrying out policies and procedures relating to all phases of human resources activities. Provides guidance and recommendations for problem resolutions. Keeps records of insurance coverage, pension plan, and personnel transactions, such as hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations. Recommends and implements procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover. May investigate accidents and prepare reports for insurance carrier. May conduct wage surveys within labor market to determine competitive business advantages.

Essential Job Functions
? Recruitment and Employment -- recruit, screen, interview and select:
? Full Cycle Recruiting: new hire paperwork through termination

? Training -- Scheduling for all new hire training
? Health and Safety -- W/C Administration -- full cycle
? Injury/incident reporting
? Family Medical Leave Applications
? OSHA log maintenance

? Compensation -- assist with Payroll
? Manual tracking of all vacation/sick
? Payroll reconciliation
? BDB system

? Benefits- Benefit Enrollment and Administration

? EE and Labor Relations - First Line of Employee Resolution
? Open door to employee questions and concerns
