What we need:

Mediaocean is revolutionizing the way the advertising industry buys, plans and analyzes media. However, a revolution cannot happen without dedicated people to support and enhance it. Which is why we are?hiring a Temporary Full-Time Staff Recruiter to help us?focus on our technical and business?hiring needs. Though the role will be focused around?sourcing and qualifying candidates, full life-cycle recruiting experience is required as you will also be responsible for varied administrative and logistical tasks related to our staffing efforts.?This is a 6-month assignment.

What you'll do:

Consult, source, identify, qualify, present, coordinate, follow-up, manage heavy volume of candidates.Prequalify or pre-screen candidates for presentation to hiring managers.Identify, discuss and negotiate candidate compensation requirements.Provide weekly recruiting metrics and updates to HR management and client groupsWork closely with our business teams and HR Business Partner to develop advertisements for external postingManage relationships with external search firms as neededMaintain constant communication with candidates regarding status of their candidacyUpdate and maintain internal Applicant Tracking SystemOther duties as assigned by HR Management

What you'll bring to the job:

5+ years of recruiting focusing in the technology spaceExperience with recruiting in the advertising industryUnderstanding of the Advertising Agency Landscape?and Software DevelopmentExtensive network in the media/advertising/development industryStrong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize??????Highly organized and detail orientedBachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience.Ability to work both independently and collaborativelyStrong business acumen: professional communication skills, both oral and written.
