Escape the City this summer and head to the beautiful Island of Martha's Vineyard. This hot spot is located DIRECTLY on the harbor, in the bustling town of Edgartown.

We are looking for experienced line cooks with fine dining experience to complete our team. This opportunity is within a distinguished private member club and would be an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to show off their talents.

This is an perfect locale for Chefs that have Hotel, Steak House or Fine Dining experience and want to enhance their resume.

Work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment to deliver a flawless dining experience. Ability to work under pressure and cope with long days is expected.

Responsibilities include:

o Assists with set up and operation of multiple outlets.

o Prepares all food items necessary for serving a certain meal period.

o Ensures safe, efficient production of all food products including quality and quantity control, par levels, food storage and product rotation.

o Posses the ability to work with co-workers in all kitchen environments.

o Maintains standards of sanitation, kitchen and personal hygiene and cleanliness, and all regulations regarding safe food handling procedures.

Experience:
At least 3 years cook experience at high end, white table cloth restaurant and or hotel experience.

A high energy level, and a commitment to service is a must!
