Popular retail hair extension boutique in Jamaica, Queens with two locations is seeking a sales driven assistant store manager. Our customer Service team

Qualifications:
-Maintain polished appearance at all times (absolute must)
-3+ years of Retail Store management experience
-Strong hands-on management skills preferably within retail
-Ability to train and inspire a small team of sales associates
-Ability to lead team to meet or exceed sales goals.
-Ability to oversee and set schedules.
-Personal sales skills, ability to sell fashion and implement high level of customer service
-Entrepreneurial spirit- contribute to overall company culture of building better systems, working towards
common goals, and achieving personal results
-Honesty and integrity
-Goal-oriented, with an interest in business operations
