The Maitre d'hotel is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the reservations and front desk areas of the restaurant. This position is responsible for organizing and executing the seating plan in order to maximize the revenue and guest satisfaction. Maitre d must recognize VIP guests and critics and maintain the proper ambiance in the restaurant. The Maitre d orchestrates the service in the dining room and is a liaison with the kitchen to ensure proper timing and the sequence of service.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of service experience, with extensive knowledge of French cuisine and wine. French language is a plus.
