Review customer bid packages?
Attend scope reviews?
Quote change orders?
Order associated equipment for awarded bid job?
Compile estimates and detailed bid proposals?
Analyze blueprints to prepare time, cost, materials and labor estimates?
Travel to job site when needed?
Skills:
Must have 5 years of experience estimating on general construction projects.
Excellent communication skills both oral and written?
