Full time, entry-level administrative office support (long island city)

Seeking professional, punctual, self-sufficient person with good organizational and administrative skills. Individual should be able to multi-task, have the ability to work independently and be willing to learn. Must be a team oriented individual with a positive, upbeat attitude and a friendly personality.

Duties will include, but are not limited to: Heavy customer service, heavy phones, and general administrative duties, incl data entry.

Requirements:
- Must be able to work Full-time: Mon-Sat 9am to 6pm
- General knowledge of PC's and MS Office/Word/Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior office experience required
- WILL TRAIN but must be familiar with standard business procedures
